Merchant Promise
All merchants onboard Starzmall are 100% certified and products sold are 100% authentic. Merchants are business license through the entity certification of the business and after-sale service are guarantee for all customers.

7 days return policyStarzmall provide 7 days return service. You may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the time you request for a return.
(Note: If there is an acknowledge of time on the delivery, return of item will be 168 hours as 7 days after the time acknowledge and if there is an acknowledge of date and time, return of item will start next day 00:00 as the full 168 hours for 7 days.)

For all returns, the original product packaging and price tags must be returned along with the item. If not, the return will not be accepted. Starzmall Customer Service will assist your return request application. For special goods return, please refer to the detailed policy of return.
Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Note: Each order only provides 1 return service.
Postage Charges:</strong>
Customer will have to bear the return postage charges. Starzmall will only bear the postage charges if the goods returned are due to quality issue.
