Return Procedure

Return Procedure

1. If your order needs to be returned, please click onto Starzmall Order Management, fill in the application and the reason of your return. You can also contact Starzmall customer service, provide your order number and the reason of your return. The customer service officer will assist you.


2. For return order, please pack the parcel and indicate the return order number, your name and contact number. If you do not indicate the return order number on the parcel, the return processing time will be delayed. The return payment will be transferred to your Starzmall account. An email will be send to you once the return payment has been processed.


3. If the return is due to the merchant fault, e.g. wrong product, broken, quality issue, your full refund will be in Starz Cash to your Starzmall Account. If the return is due to customer fault, e.g. not satisfied, brought too many, and the goods itself is of quality, you can still request for a return but will have to bear the postage charges.


Note: In order to ensure the safety of the goods, please wrap and seal the goods to ensure that during the logistics process, goods will not be damaged.
